I know all too well about the roller coaster ride of dieting and exercise. I’ve been that person that pulls up to a parking lot and thought of many reasons to not go in and work out. Two and half years ago I made the decision to hire a personal trainer and begin a healthier lifestyle. Now training has become a passion and I look forward to being in the gym daily. I know what it’s like to have a hectic busy lifestyle and still fit eating healthy, and exercise into my daily routine. I’m a wife, mom of five, and a grandma to a precious baby boy. We love to travel and live life on the go enjoying being at the lake. I’ve worked in the medical field for 23 years as a medical biller, medical coder, and office manager. My goal is to give back and help find that balance, and truly enjoy living a healthier lifestyle and reaching your goals.

As a single mother of four daughters ranging from 18-10 and working full time, life became a total mess for me. Suffering from mental, emotional, spiritual and physical exhaustion, I realized I needed a form of self-care that would help me cover all aspects of my life. The lack of knowledge from a young age on exercise, unhealthy eating and stress lead up to me having high blood pressure at twenty one years of age. Now in my 30s I decided to make a change, little did I know this change would forever impact my life, from a person who once felt unhappy in her own skin from weight gain to now becoming someone who loves herself with

her new muscle and faded stretch marks that will forever exist from bringing life into this world, I absolutely fell in love with this lifestyle….the gym life is now my new life!

As a gym goer since 2018, I felt and saw a new me every day that went by. I decided to take it up a notch to certify myself as a Personal Trainer in 2024. My goal is to help you whether it is

to overcome your fear of stepping into the gym, to learning the equipment and its functions, to training you depending on what you are seeking and remember this is a change that will forever
